Ultrasonic Mask Body Production Machine

This machine is designed for serial production of medical mask bodies in full ultrasonic. The production process is as follows;

1- Opening the rolls of fabric and cutting the width determined by automatic knife and making edge closings ultrasonically.
2- Folding the front mouth ( 3 ply ) of the mask
3- Nose clip wire placement and ultrasonic edge welding
4- Finished ultrasonic mask body
