Machine Concept
Constant yarn tension is maintained from the core of the warp beam to the final yarn layer. This machine is highly suitable for fine and medium-weight yarns up to a maximum of 3000 dtex. The minimum yarn count for approximately 100 dtex is 25 threads.
Control and Drive System
The use of the machine control system, which now makes it even easier to program and record process parameters for reuse, means that integrating additional hardware into the machine no longer poses a problem. In line with our customers’ needs, these machines are manufactured with a frequency-controlled three-phase drive system. From the control panel, it is possible to adjust the unwinding and winding speeds, as well as the length to be wound.
