C450 Universal Warping Machine
For the warping of light elastic and non-elastic yarns on warp bobbins and beams C450 warping machine conforms to the characteristics of light elastic and non-elastic yarns.Constant yarn tension is provided from the core of the warp levend to the last yarn layer. This machine is extremely suitable for fine and medium thickness maximum 3000dtex yarns. The minimum number of threads for about 100dtex is 25 wires.
Control and Drive System
Since the use of the machine control, which allows the process parameters to be programmed and recorded and reused, has now been made even easier, the integration of additional hardware to the machine does not create problems either.
In accordance with the needs of our customers, these machines are manufactured with a frequency-adjusted three-phase drive system.
In addition to the warp and winding opening speed, the meter to be wound can be adjusted from the control panel.
